I'm getting married today!!!!!
I can't believe today is finally here!!! I get to marry my soulmate today!!!
Last night was the rehearsal and dinner... it went very well. Small stuff came up, but nothing that couldn't be fixed!
And the weather is going to be 65 and sunny... couldn't ask for a more perfect day!
Aaron's dad and step-mom came up from South Carolina on Thursday - what wonderful people!!!!
Today is going to be the BEST day of my life!

It's hard to believe that the wedding is already this week! I'm amazed at how fast time has gone by! This week will be busy with our respective parties, family coming in from out of town, the rehearsal and dinner, and of course, the BIG day!!!
I'm excited and can't wait to see Aaron waiting for me as I walk down the aisle. (Although, at the same time, a part of me is just as excited to be on the other side of it.)
Plus, in 15 days we'll be leaving for Disney!!!

I can't believe the wedding is under 3 1/2 weeks away already!! AHH!!!!! LOL
I picked up my dress at my final fitting yesterday. It's perfect!!! I also picked up my ring... It's so beautiful!!
I had my bridal shower on Sunday; it was wonderful! I had so much fun. Aaron came as well, so it made it that much more special.
I'm getting so excited!!!!
Non-wedding news... On Tuesday, Aaron and I went with Laura & Co to Six Flags. So much fun!!!!! Superman: Bizarro? Best ride ever!!!! Aaron loved it. It was all he could talk about the rest of the day. LOL
I suppose I should get my day started. Gotta get some stuff done before work tonight.

It's August 1st already! I can officially say that I'm getting married NEXT MONTH! Holy crap!!! I can't believe how close it is already!
We met with the florist on Wednesday... $850 later! Damn! I love you, Mom! LOL. It included my bouquet, 1 maid of honor bouquet, 2 bridesmaids bouquets, 7 boutonnieres, 1 bag of petals, and 1 mother of the bride corsage. It also included delivery charges and some single flowers for the top of the cake.
We met with the pastor on Thursday. It went well! We figured out pretty much all the aspects of the ceremony. We also se up the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner.
I'm not doing too, too bad right now; a little stressed. I can't imagine how I'm gonna be this time next month!

8 weeks from today...

... I will officially be Aaron's wife!! Time has flown by so fast, it is unimaginable.
Dress fittings were done this week. I had an AMAZING seamstress who came up with a stunning look for the back of my gown and sash. I cannot wait to wear the dress... I feel like a princess in it!
Next week we meet with the florist. Which really shouldn't be too bad as I already pretty much know what I want for the bouquets and boutineer's... I'm pretty sure they'll be able to bring my visions to life. :)
After I finish this, I have to finish the paperwork for the DJ. I wonder how much my mother would completely kill both of us if we made the garter removal song "Something In Your Mouth" by Nickelback? LMFAO. We'd never see the Honeymoon...
Jen and I are going to look at the place for my Bridal Shower tomorrow, then we'll just have to get the invitations together and such. Which reminds me, I need to make that guest list up...
After that, it's really just reception details to worry about. I've never been more organized about anything in my life!
Plus, I have to make our reservations for "Dining with Shamu" at Sea World for the Honeymoon.... And we have to get my engagement ring switched over to white gold. And get a head piece for the Flower Girl.
I'm so excited!!! But on the other hand, a small part of me can't wait til it's all over... Because face it, no matter how organized you are, it's still stressful!! Thank God for my wonderful mother, maid of honor and bridesmaids!
And of course, my wonderful husband-to-be, Aaron.... I don't think I would make it through some of these days without him!!!! I love him so much!! God has certainly blessed me more than I ever could have asked or hoped for. No matter what hardships we face, I know we'll be okay together! :)

So yesterday Jen and I went to see NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK. We signed up for the 5 Star VIP package from I Love All Access. Premium seating - 5th row in the pit! And this little thing called a MEET & GREET!!!!!!! So I was able to find a little button reading "Kiss the Bride to Be", since Jen and I were treating this as part of my bachelorette night. Upon pointing it out to the guys, I got a hug and kiss from Mr. Donnie Wahlberg!!!!!! If I thought I was going to faint then, it was nothing compared to Joey McIntyre holding onto my arms while acting like he was going to kiss my cheek ("Are you ready? Are you sure you're ready?")...... and then thrusting his hips to me. OMFG! I thought I was going to fall over! And poor Jon was trying to pull me into a hug directly after this and I was like, "Uhhh.... I can't move...." LMFAO
The concert was a-freaking-mazing!!!!!!!!!!!!! The guards were camera-nazi's about video, but I did get some amazing pictures, which are up on my myspace. In no certain order, the setlist:

I got approved for my first fanlisting!!! It's for Daughtry's song "No Surprise"!! I'm so excited, haha. I'm so in love with this song, it's not funny.

Wedding Plans! (and other stuff...)

Everything is going so amazingly well with all of the wedding plans!! We have probably 80% of everything done and taken care off. We've chosen our themes. We decided on two because it just fits for us. Theme One: 2 linked hearts - "Two Hearts, One Love". It just fits us. :) Theme Two: Castle/Carriage - as we're going to DISNEY WORLD for our Honeymoon! And our wedding day is my day to be a princess... :)
So, as mentioned, we'll be going to Disney World in Orlando, FL for our Honeymoon! We'll be staying on the Disney property at the French Quarter resort. We're both so excited!! Aaron's never been to Disney and I have been there since I was in high school. We're also planning on going to Sea World and Universal Studios.
Back to actual wedding prep, all we really have left to do is order the flowers and cake, plus get my engagement band switched over to white gold. The plus to those are, that we already know which companies we're using for each of these. We already have our wedding bands, everything for our favors, the church and reception hall are booked, the DJ is booked, and the bridal party all have their dresses or tuxes all set.
Also... I've applied for my first fanlisting!!! *crosses fingers* I hope I get it! (This is all Jen's fault! haha)
Gotta go finish this load of laundry... then Aaron and I are going to take Dad out for lunch! I heard he's excited, so we don't want to be late! ;)

Welcome to my first blog on my new site, BRI-LEIGH-LOVE.NET! Big thanks to Jen (kinky-turtle.net) for help with all the coding and crap! haha I've been familiar with HTML but she's been willing to help me with the coding aspects of the new domain and such that have me boggled.
I'll be using this site in replace of myspace/livejournal for all my blogging now, as to keep everything in one central location. Seemed like a better idea. Plus, I'm hoping to get into the whole Fanlisting world. It's my new obsession - thanks to Jen! :)
I'll slowly be adding more features and such as I get better acquainted with the new domain and such!
